Welcome to Vyltic

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vyltic platform, including court bookings, matchmaking, ranking systems, and tournaments. By using Vyltic, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Vyltic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Court Bookings & Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking up to 5 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations within the 5-hour window, please contact the club directly. Acceptance of late cancellations is at the club's discretion and may be approved or denied depending on the circumstances.
• Vyltic is not responsible for cancellations or schedule changes made by clubs.

No-Shows

• In case of no-shows for bookings or matchmaking, your account will incur a negative balance and you will be unable to use any services until the balance is topped up.
• Repeated no-shows may result in your account being permanently banned.

Payments & Wallet

• Court bookings, tournament entries, and other paid services may be paid by card, through your in-app Vyltic wallet, or in cash at the venue where the club allows it. Prices are always shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider; Vyltic does not store your full card details.
• Wallet top-ups are non-transferable and redeemable only for services on the Vyltic platform.

Premium Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

Vyltic Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play):

• Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. The price and subscription period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store account settings (on iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective store's refund policies and are handled by the store, not by Vyltic.
• Gifted Premium is a one-time purchase for a fixed period, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew.

App Store Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Vyltic, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Vyltic app or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. To the extent required, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable app store's terms of service.

User Conduct

By using Vyltic, you agree to:

• Respect all players, clubs, and administrators.
• Follow fair play guidelines and avoid cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
• Refrain from using Vyltic for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Phone Number Policy

To maintain game quality and prevent account selling, users are not permitted to change their phone numbers manually. If you need to update your phone number, please contact the admin at +962795018483.

Limitation of Liability

• Vyltic does its best to ensure court availability, fair matchmaking, and uninterrupted service but does not guarantee them.
• Vyltic is a matchmaking and booking platform and is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or any issues arising during gameplay or court usage.

Account Termination

• Vyltic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their account at any time.

Changes to Terms

Vyltic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
